Taxi DriverCoen Simpson9.9· August 17, 2022FollowWithout a doubt one of the greatest works of cinema to date.The soothing music mixed with the hypnotic imagery of Travis driving through the filthy neon cityscape is something that I constantly think back to at least once a month.There is no other character in my opinion that is as well written as Travis. Paul Schrader is truly a genius.Mix that with the cinematic craftsmanship of Scorsese and how can you not end up with a masterpiece.And Robert De Nero is truly spectacular.
