Ghost Stories
It has a lot of pop-culture-based jokes that just name-drop people, and if you aren't familiar with 2000's pop culure these jokes fly over your head. However, when the jokes land, they're hilarious, and even if the delivery doesn't quite stick, the concept of the dub is so bafflingly creative that it makes up for any lines that don't get a laugh. There are times when I do wish it didn't stick with the pervert character trope that accompanies the random up-skirt shots in the dub, but that's mostly concentrated in the beginning and only comes back again in the last episode.
