MPD Psycho

45th Miike!  I wanted to save the 45th thing I’ve seen from Miike to be something big like this miniseries or the extended cut of Agitator but I finally finally decided to watch this in its entirety and dude THIS. SHIT. MAKES. NO. FUCKING.  SENSE.  I’m not even kidding when I tell you I have NEVER EVER been more confused while watching anything in my life. It’s beyond cryptic and weird and jesus i like it and all and the vibes it gives off but it’s just wayyyyyyyyyyyyy way way too fucking confusing. Maybe I’m just an idiot and didn’t understand the deeper parts of this but I can’t make sense of a single scene in the entire show. I kinda enjoyed it and the tag “Malice Spreads Like a Disease” is probably the best and coolest tag I’ve ever heard for a movie or show, but this really isn’t anything special in my eyes. I’m sorry that I didn’t enjoy it as much as others but It’s just so damn confusing I just don’t get it.  It’s an okay show, super super super weird and I love the vibes it gives off and I wish more things gave off this feeling but overall it’s just way too cryptic and confusing for me. I kinda enjoyed it but I would never watch it again because jesus it was long I’m used to Miike’s movies so a show was pretty ambitious and long for me but hey, I got through it.
