House

This was one hell of a ride. I went into this completely blind and I had no clue what to expect and my god was it a fun journey. The style of this film is so out there and surreal (kind of reminds me a bit of The Holy Mountain for some reason) and I loved it. The editing and effects for the time were really amazing and even today, still were pretty neat to see and hold up decently at points. Some of the scenes were legitimately chilling, and some were just down right funny that even had me chuckling at times. It's been a long time since I've been able to give a movie 5 full stars (last one I did was Room back in February of this year), but this one fully deserves it.
