Harsh enough tone to start, Adam Scott not being petrified was weird given he was 1. on shrooms and 2. locked in a room with a witch. Dialogue felt overly polished / lacking realism Was fairly scary, does the job but not as special as I'd hoped

can't wait for 2027! also can't tell if I'm hyper aware all the amazing camera work in this because of an inspired decision to make us read the screenplay in school or if it's just that good. probably the latter

Wrote this off for ages as a Tom Cruise flick. It is that, but turns out it's also pretty cool sci-fi with a tight story which looks amazing Only cons being Tom Cruise isn't believable as a bumbling non action hero, and it probably doesn't get the scale of how long Cruise is meant to be groundhog daying.

IFI Q&A with Tim Key and D'OD. Still great!
