Tangled
God i love this film, one of my favourite classic Disney stories. The animation is beyond its time, it's a timeless style and I can never fault it. So so beautiful.
I get to sad thinking about the parents loss, how much they suffered and waited all these years. The queen comforting the king broke my heart man.
And the lanterns, oh my god so iconic and beautiful. I can't even begin to express.
Rapunzel and Eugene's relationship breaks my heart too, like they were both willing to die for each other in to be quite frank very dark and gruesome ways. Kidnapping and torture on rapunzels side, bleeding out and dying alone on Eugene's side. Quite a sad combo.
That fucking family hug at the end broke my HEART. I'm not ok
