I loved this in ways I didn’t expect at all. The subtlety, the way they did so much by doing less and showing less, THE ATMOSPHERE. so good i was obsessed with the ambience

upped my rating, what a movie. wes craven’s a genius

cozy atmosphere, nice pacing

everything about this movie was just “why??” to me. why add jill, why focus so much on random action, why is the main character basically an npc you don’t meet for a while  boring idk, RE (2002) was so much more fun and actually had style. i miss it
