Maybe it’s the TikTok-ification of media that’s happened since Creep’s release but something about this movie feels so familiar. Like the second half feels like a series of uploads that would go viral on social media. “I can’t fit everything Josef’s done in part one so you’ll have to check back for part two later.” Am I crazy or am I onto something? Idk. This has been on my watchlist for years. I can’t tell you how many times I almost put this on in college and just never did. Glad I finally got to it! Can confirm that it is, indeed, creepy!

I’m disappointed with just how ok this is after everyone and their mother hyped it up when it came out.

I’ll never get over the monstrous insanity of this movie. Goblin’s soundtrack goes so damn hard amongst the crazy colors and lighting. LIGHTING, people, LIGHTING. And I forgot how violent and bloody this is. Absolutely one of a kind.
