Vertigo

‎a timeless masterpiece of psychological thrillers ‎finally watched my first alfred hitchcock film... what a place to start✋😐🤚 ‎ ‎i thought i was watching a classic detective mystery, but it slowly turned into a story about obsession, illusion, and the inability to let go of the past. ‎ ‎overall, i loved it. the fact that vertigo was the first film to use CGI. slow paced but never get bored, the atmosphere feels like a dream, the colors are visually stunning, the music really adds to every scene, the plot twist is absolutely mind blowing, tragically beautiful🥀 ‎we don't always fall in love with people. sometimes we fall in love with the version of them we create in our own minds.
