Nosferatu
Genuinely one of the most complete film I have ever laid my eyes upon. Such a beautiful, dark and wild ride that Eggers perfected in his own world, his style is unmatched today, and will be taught in Film School in the future. His craft is so majestic, the picture, the sound, everything just fit so perfectly together to create a masterpiece of a Film.
I may say the word "perfect" a lot of times in this review, but I just can't find another word to describe this beauty.
One of the most beautiful cinematic experiences I have had in my life. Visually captivated me, but audibly took me to another realm. As I said, everything in this was perfect, but what made me love this more than everything is the beautifully created score. And the sound design was so good. Not only were my ears blessed, but my eyes were also hit with the most wonderful touch ever. The cinematography was superb, every scene, every shot, every frame was incredible, the camera angles, the camera movement just put me straight into the action, even when there was nothing happening, I felt like I was there, I felt like I was ascending, this is also because of the way my ears were singing with joy.
I felt like a little kid in a playground, mind you, THIS IS A HORROR MOVIE. I should have not felt this way, but the way Eggers crafted this, it did put me in a state of complete joy, even while I was terrified of Skarsgard's performance or the horrifying score whispering in my ear or the beautifully brutal cinematography that put me on the edge my seat throughout the whole movie or the few but effective jump scares that pushed me off that edge.
In conclusion, it's fair to say this is one of the best movie I have ever seen.
