Late to the party

The Stories borrows heavily from the Safdies' playbook, from being character-driven to the fast-paced, overlapping dialogue and anxiety-inducing chaos our character find himself in. ​A story about an Egyptian young man navigating through life in the most difficult time in Egypt's modern history. ​If you like the Safdie brothers' work, I highly recommend you don’t miss this one.

This second viewing restored my faith in superhero movies.
