John Doe had control of the entire plot and went out just as he planned. This narrative about detectives playing mind gymnastics with psychopaths really winds me up sometimes. Tf you mean “don’t kill him, he’ll win” when he severed the head of his wife and thus killing her unborn child as well. He won while the detective were playing catch-ups. Lmao
The cinematography while “unboxing the box” might’ve been the most nerve wrecking I’ve ever seen in a film and the most unsurprising surprise part of it was that i somehow predicted the exact outcome- goes to show you what a psycho Kevin Spacey played his character. Loved the film. 10/10. Highly recommend
