Thunderbolts*

Superb film - deep characters, impactful moments, emotional heft. Made you care for previously D list characters. The acting was great, especially Florence and Lewis Pullman. And the themes were mature, complex and interesting. Buckys motorbike scene was amazing and the dynamics between the team were believable and fun. I laughed a lot (mainly because of Red Guardian) but also felt the emotional weight of a lot of it. The scene where each member saved a civilian through using their own particular skillset was great. Florence Pugh saving a guinea pig at the start and then the guinea pig at the end was a cool callback. Also, seeing it in IMAX on a huge screen hit different.  Genuinely excellent - MCU is back up and with the next 4 films being F4, Spider-Man and the 2 avengers films hopefully it can be continued.
