Perfect Days is truly so special to me. Therapy in the form of a film. Comforting, nourishing, and a necessary constant reminder to appreciate life. Like being slapped across the face with everything you are not but everything you aspire to be spiritually and mentally. “***So many things I still don't know... That's how life ends, I guess”*** The absolute horror of becoming self-aware is that you lose the right to be a victim in your own life. You are sitting there, sobbing on the floor, but you're also standing across the room watching yourself do it, completely aware of every choice that led you there. you can't even have a good, clean tragedy anymore because you are always the accomplice. The perfect 10/10 soundtrack is just icing on the cake.

In the process, it deploys a kind of manic, evil cruelty that cuts right through the sugar coated bullshit that lies on the surface of every romantic comedy where the cool girl is a prize to be won, not a real person or anything. Flips between the modes of excruciating, funny, and completely fucking mean spirited on a dime. DAMNNN!! THIS MOVIE TERRIFYING ME!! Everytime Nikki move or do something weird.. It just get me scared, everybody who’s in the film, you guys ATEEE!! Especially Inde Navarette.. GURL YOU HOLDS THIS!! And fun fact, the director of this movie which is Curry Bucker also the editor and writer of this movie. He turned his vision into an art. PEAKKK!!

Jessie Buckley did not playing about acting, GREATTT!! the changing in her voice, the gestures, it just amaze. directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal, she gives the bride of frankenstein a voice & jessie buckley roars.
