Bones and All
Decided to rewatch the movie, since I wasn't paying enough attention the first time I watched, and oh my god I regret not doing so.
The metaphors in this movie are so beautiful, even though the topic of cannibalism is really disturbing, but it was so wonderfully executed. The last scene left my jaw dropped, even as the credits were rolling.
Taylor Russell (who’s absolutely gorgeous) and Timothee Chalamet's performance was honestly so captivating and satisfying to watch.
The shots were so incredible, the way the pictures of the old woman were inserted as she was being eaten is a scene I liked. Especially the scene of them up on the hill, was so wonderfully shot.
The score was also a thing that made me love the movie more, genuinely think it's underrated and think i'll be replaying it for a while.
I have never written this much for a movie.
I Think this is about to be my new favorite movie, just everything about it was so beautifully put.
