Gutted I missed the first 8 minutes but my schedule was packed for the day and I only had the one chancto watch it. But I did not regret seeing this film. It's revolutionary and will for sure, frustrate other people. My screening was full of noisy people that wasn't satisfied with what the film delivered. I, on the other hand, was so pleased by it. It was thrilling and I loved seeing the revolution through the eyes of small folk. The suspense was gripping. Lana you directed the crap out of this wow.

The story is authentic. The humor is everything. You wouldn't want anything else. What's crazy is that it's still prevalent to today's situation. I hope every young Filipina gets to have their "get the fuck out" moment when they need it the most.

Beautiful and heart-wrenching. I don't know what it will take, but I wish peace and freedom for the Palestinian people and to every nation that is under the boot of imperialism and illegal settlers. Freedom. In our lifetime.
