It’s visually compelling and grandiose but the casting is ridiculous I don’t know was it for shock value? Obv the costumes are pretty horrible but whatever, it’s just aight like yeah you can see that the budget was insane but emotionally it was pretty void…

I understand the message but over this 1h 40min lit nothing happened like the characters are so dull and yes they are both Korean and they were friends when they were 12yo or something but what the fuck do they even have in common? Why are they so hung up with each other?? Mind you I was so excited to finally watch this but this felt pointless and not the super poetic heart wrenching story that I expected to watch. There were beautiful moments and some good ideas floating around but I didn’t find anything new or interesting really…
