Ruby Sparks

Zoe Kazan is a true genius. It’s almost a meta commentary on male writers and how they create fictional women. The fact that the only way they could make their female characters interesting is by making them look like a mess, like someone they can fix. I can’t stop repeating how much of an amazing writer Zoe Kazan is because this movie basically made me want to pursue my passion for writing and I can’t believe it took me long to watch this movie.
