Ring

Ok ok i got called a larp for having this movie in my top 4 for some reason but let me tell yall why i love this movie. I think that it combimes mystery,horror and these detectivelike investigation scenes so well creating something more than just lame jumpscareslop. Next we have the in my opinion awesome Performance by the actors (especially the 2 protags). They really bring over their dynamic. Also: The cinematography is just chefs kiss beautiful. The tape is insanely scary and perfectly encapsulates a nightmare i once had as a child which is why its so terryfing too me. so yea those are some reasons why i love ringu. A perfect movie for me personally, dont take my word for it though a lot of other people i know told me they found the movie to be "mid".
