Weapons
Giving out free haircuts in this economy? Sounds like a hero to me.

Phenomenal camerawork, performances and writing make this film stand a cut above just about every other horror around.
Ranging from traditional jump scares to moments that make you squirm to startlingly good comedy despite its runtime this movie went by rapidly.
I loved the way in which this movie illustrated a topical issue through the lense of a horror antagonist. It perfectly illustrated the cancerous role that weapons play and how in the end every human involved is a victim.
I loved the switching perspectives and how each time a piece or two of the puzzle fit together satisfyingly without being too overt.
Also it’s thematically genius that the movie rewrote humans as the Weapons being used by guns. We are the tool being used by virtue of a tool being made available to us. And everyone is complicit, corrupt police, drug use, negligent parents, bullying children, lobbying, the teachers who punish other teachers for caring too much.
It all makes for a satisfying film on every level.
