Barbie
Barbie had always been a 3/5 movie in my first two viewings. I wasn't a fan of the comedy or the Kens' dialogues, and I didn't buy into the whole "Kens are dumb" thing. Billie and Finneas singlehandedly carried all three stars of my rating.
In this third rewatch, I guess I just let go of all my inhibitions and low expectations to take in the movie for what it was meant to be. And it was great. Honestly, I don't even think I can put into words what clicked inside my brain (and emotions), but Greta Gerwig... you are back in my Top 1 Screenwriter spot.
