Bugonia

Yorgos Lanthimos never disappoints.  While the dialogues and creative plot made it so entertaining to watch, throughout the entire film, I kept waiting for that absurd Lanthimos touch and in the end, he absolutely delivered. The film does a great job of showing how easy it is to manipulate and influence someone who is vulnerable. Personally, just like with every Lanthimos film, I had fun watching this one and really enjoyed the flow of the story. Of course, the ending made the film twice as good but still it reminded me how much I can’t stand conspiracy theorists. It also proved my point that not everyone with a microphone should start a stupid podcast, since you never know what kind of person will end up believing it.
