how are you gonna make a typical anticommunist biopic, with clearly defined good guys and bad guys, with archive images, the movie culminating in the brutal invasion of Czechoslovakia and its immediate aftermath......... and not end it with a black screen and a text that explains to me what happened to everyone, how many people died, what happened after, etc. guys this is rule 101 in biopics, come on?????? if you're going to be basic as fuck about everything else, go all in!!! i was waiting for it!!!! it never came! they had it at the beginning but that's not how it works!! at the beginning you show me the repression, you don't tell me! this isn't star wars!! also... i don't like how women are portrayed in this film! (trying to be chill at the function but can't help noticing etc.) bref, je sais pas si c'est parce que je partais avec des a priori mais j'ai pas accroché, c'est bof au niveau du contexte historique, après faut pas s'attendre à mieux vu le climat, mais si en plus la forme n'est pas spécialement spectaculaire, à quoi bon? bien américain en effet par contre, ils ont tous des super lunettes! et super costumes, rien à redire là-dessus, i love to see it! they all look exactly as they should!
