the actor who played leo in this film has been one of the best child acting performances i have ever seen. his acting of leo’s platonic love for remi was so incredibly immaculate. this film was one of the best portrayals of childhood grief ever. i don’t think i could watch this again because it destroyed me 5 separate times. honorable mention the actress who played remis mother did an absolutely fantastic job as well.
