Sinners
Rewatched this and realized there is genuinely nothing holding this back from 5 stars. This is the movie that got me into loving movies. I am still disappointed by the academy for letting OBAA win best picture and not this, because that performative comedy does not deserve to win over this masterpiece. Ryan Coogler and Ludwig Göransson are insanely talented and are probably the best director and composer in Hollywood right now.
would like to add that the split diopter scene if Delroy singing should never have been cut
