Cool ideas but the plot just went in a weird direction and was a bit confusing for the most part.

3:2 aspect ratio is a really cool touch and helps make all the characters feel more trapped. It's all so gritty with the over the top sweat on everyone and the blue hue over the whole movie. It's cool to have a prison film where the main characters aren't actually innocent or try to escape, it's obviously based in reality and it makes me feel really sucked into the film with all the British slang and all the stuff they have in their cell (an Air fryer). David Jonnsson and Tom Blyth don't get the recognition they deserve from their past roles and are incredible in this and give the most realistic performance of a criminal, Tom Blyth genuinely made me feel scared in some scenes. Their one-sided rivalry was amazing and written really well, you could feel the fear in every scene near the end and this was definitely one of the most intense movies I've ever watched just waiting for something to happen. SPOILERS FOR THE REST OF THE PARAGRAPH! And that fight at the end with nothing but the sounds of punches and the stuff they were hitting eachother with was a cool way to end it. Overall, this has stellar acting from everyone even the people with small roles and helps to make it feel really gritty and like an actual prison environment. The cinematography is great and the clips they showed of prisons I don't know if it was really footage or not but it was really cool to see this side of England within prisons. I was surprised by how much stuff people have in their cells and by his the staff don't even try to help reform them and only let them get worse. Only 25k watched btw everyone's missing out.

The last 15 minutes were so stressful bro and that bitch Rachel actually needs to shut up. A very cool idea for a movie and all the promo was epic. But I expected it to be so much better and I was a bit disappointed. It looked nice and stuff but the build up too the wedding went on for to long and didn't actually have as big of an impact as wanted.
