Punch-Drunk Love

Man I did not expect this film to be this goood. Paul Thomson Anderson actually let Adam Sandler act, instead of just giving him a hot wife and let him do what he wants. In all serious though, Punch-Drunk Love is fucking amazing, and Adam's performance was just incredible. It was vulnerable, extremely awkward and very unpredictable. I loved how the film felt like a dream that doesn't quite make sense but still feels right. The colours, the music, the random bursts of violence and love come together beautifully, and the film is just an all around masterpiece. Can't wait for more PTA films.
