This was a classic case of is it better to speak or to die. Clive chose to die by literally repressing his feelings and marrying a woman and Maurice obvi didn't and im glad he didn't confrom to Clive's suggestions. The best part was the beginning and it was amaizng. I just think this film did not have to be almost 3 hours but of course i did watch all of it. Im so glad Maurice chose not to be clive and get with alec it was the best decison he could do. I know sure well clive is deffo mourning maurice and their old days by that ending. Otherwise the film was good not like life chaning but i do think it was decent film to watch when you have time and the patience. I have to emphasise that the beginning of this film was one of the best parts of the film and if it wasn't for that i wouldn't have gotten hooked. The cinematography of the zooming out when clive was laying his head on maurices lap was one of the best scenes i've seen. I love a good zoom out shot.

Beautiful film. Visuals, storyline, dialogue everything is 10/10. This film is so interesting like so sooo interesting. It also challenges the concept of time and how it is perceived. That just blew my mind. But wowza so amazing. It was confusing at times but the end really helped me understand. I may not fully understand the film but i get the jist of it. How the language we speak makes us perceive time and space. That’s how i see and understand it. The use of the flashbacks is so confusing but when you reach the end it all makes sense. Loved it

It wasn’t the best film. The acting was so bad. Like why didn’t marc talk half of the time. I liked the storyline but it was kinda bad ngl. It kept me entertained but it’s not the most amazing film i’ve ever seen. Plus the ending was just surprising and a shock.
