V for Vendetta

"Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition."There's so many little details I picked up on this time around that only adds to my immense enjoyment of this film. and it's never disappoint me every single rewatch. This is definitely Hugo Weaving's greatest role, but I also think this is one of Natalie Portman's best as well. It's got such amazing worldbuilding making it easily one of my most favorite dystopian settings. This masterpiece has aged like fine wine. It's just a fucking banger and is extremely relevant nowadays. Fuck fascists! Viva la Revolución!!!
