The Shining

This movie is a classic for a reason. Kubrick was a master of the film medium, crafting not just movies but works of art. Every aspect, from the cinematography to the acting to the pacing work perfectly to capture that sense of "wrong" at the hotel. Arguably the greatest horror/terror film of all time.
