Midsommar

What a wild ride! Visuals were so good. I wouldn’t call it a horror movie but more of a physiological thriller with horrific events. Really makes you think about how people can use manipulation in really fucked up ways to either avoid having to make difficult decisions or just further the goals of a violent cult. It’s long but I was never really disengaged since I kept wanting to see the next screwed up thing going on in this little Swedish village.
