when i was a kid my mom said i used to like being read boring books, like alice in wonderland and the secret garden. those are classics, yes, but they’re also pretty fucking dull when you get down to it. i think this movie is the same for me. i love it. i think about it all the time. i also am aware that when i saw it i was the only person under 60. well, it’s their loss.
