Hamlet
Confession time: I sometimes exaggerate when I say a movie is captivating. But hear me out, I'm pretty sure I'm either brain rotted or i just have a very low attention span, so I refuse to underrate something just because I couldn't focus for a long time. This time though, I'm not exaggerating. This was actually good, even though it was reaaalllyyy long yeah it was good (and a bit boring if i'm completely honest). And I think the reason I stayed hooked is because Hamlet used to be my fixation back in Year7. I always looked forward to English class because we were covering it, and yes, I was the only one who cared, but can you blame me? Hamlet is a story that gets under your skin. It explores madness, revenge, grief, and moral paralysis in a way that feels less like fiction and more like an excavation of the human psyche. And the writing? Immaculate. Shakespeare is truly one of a kind. What makes Hamlet especially fascinating is that its protagonist isn't a conventional hero. He's self-aware, and utterly paralyzed by his own mind. He knows what he has to do, and yet he can't. There's something quietly devastating about that. Andrew Scott's performance was PHENOMENAL, but why was he barefoot? I really liked how he was moving and reacting. Can't wait to watch hamnet!! thank you for whoever read till here!!
i wanted to write more but i'm terrible at expressing my thoughts through writing💔
