no but seriously, i have mixed feelings about this. i adored the book and movie beyond reason when i was a teenager but this really doesn't do it for me? it feels flat, the leads don't have any chemistry whatsoever, and ep14 stretches out for way too long. i might just have become old and bitter (ohoh god forbid that is the case), but i just don't get the absurdly high ratings average. imho, this lacks soul.
(but gets a .5 extra though for having a blur song playing over dex looking like a whole damon albarn type beat 90s bb. unintentional genius. altogether, the soundtrack DOES slap!!)
