Kinda fun at points and the filmmaking is more than competent but you can tell this thinks it’s way riskier, funnier and sexier than it actually is. The first half is basically just the *“wildest fantasy”* of that one guy you work with everyone secretly pities for never doing anything interesting with his life. Ray Liotta’s character adds some much needed intrigue to the second half but it’s just not enough when the first hour is played so frustratingly safe and the protagonists have no depth whatsoever.
