Prisoners

Haven’t watched this film in a hot minute The only parts that I haven’t liked in both my watches are these 2 sections of the film that are 20-30 mins of just boringness. In both of them Loki makes practically no progress, and poor Paul Dano just gets tortured. If it wasn’t for those 2 sections and an unsatisfying ending, this movie could potentially be a 5. In saying that, the acting was AMAZING all round, I hated and loved particular characters, and the plot kept me hooked for most of the time I wished they’d focused more on Bob Taylor’s character Also I wished they’d revealed the lady when Loki came in, rather than when Hugh Jackman came in. Jake Gyllenhaal was great in this that’s my 2nd Jake film of the day 9.0/10
