When I first watched this movie, I never really appreciated acting in films and always just thought "good ending = good movie" but that has changed as I have began to appreciate cinema more.
Rewatching this 10 months after my first watch allowed me to really appreciate the atmosphere that David Fincher builds, how depressing the town is and how disturbing the murders are.
Although the first one and a half hours were the highlight in my first watch, I've come to appreciate how creative and disgusting the ending is, before I didn't really enjoy it because it felt like they could've just cut to the point, but now watching it I really do feel affected by the ending and it truly does make you sit and consider what you would've done in his situation.
This movie is five stars, but I will continue to say it sucks because I love seeing Koby get mad.
also thats fucked up that he didnt know his wife was pregnant, I didn't realise in my first watch
I prob would've done a murder suicide
