Goated freakin' cast with decent storyline and amazing execution. The action sequences were some of the best I've ever watched. I've watched Zo Insung with this type of role, but Park Jungmin? I fell in love with him even more omg. He stole the spotlight, in my opinion. It certainly helped that he had a small romantic yearnful side to his character, making him more complex. The pacing was just really good too, and I was genuinely immersed into the story. They could make another sequel too and I'd watched the heck out of it.

This was my first time watching Shin Hyesun's work, and she was mindblowing in this series. The expressions she chooses to convey was subtle and the mannerisms she chose to portray were intentional; it was like seeing the restoration of a beautiful painting. Also, I've seen clips of her other works and I might dare say that this look on her is the most gorgeous I've seen of her. Moving on to Lee Junhyuk, I swear he gets better with every role he takes. He has that vibe that stands out so well and this character he plays was cunning and had swagger in his own way. Despite this being a thriller, both of them had a tension that can't be ignored. The storyline itself was unique and to see it play out was astonishing. I have no idea how the writers wrote this but it has to be one of the most creative build-up and turn of events I've watched.

Oh my God, I loved this. This was somber, quiet, aching and yearnful in its own delicious way. None of the characters were perfect, innocent or faultless, and I think that was so needed in this concept. I don't think it is a straightforward concept at all, even though it looked like one. Whatever the director and writer did with every purposeful scenes were beautiful. I watched this in public, and could barely hold the tears back. The connection the main leads had was pure, nothing forceful about it at all. They chose the right cast for this storyline too.

The sudden turn of events lowkey left me speechless. I kinda expected it but there wasn't any build-up to that situation so, I had to stare at a wall for a solid 5 seconds. I'm not into highschool romance at all, but this was a really good exception with that awkward yet natural chemistry the two leads had. I also appreciated the family dynamic the main characters had with their own family; a contrast of different kind of worrisome. The bond among the developing friend group was so cute too. A simple concept but it did leave an impact, a worthwhile watch honestly.
