It's incredible how well this film portrays the reality of old Brazilian TV. What a spetacular film

I fucking loved the movie. The direction, the way things fit together, the character development, and the way it portrays how awful life can be. Situations like rape, sexism, power, pride, and everything else. There are criminals who deserve to burn in the depths of hell. The ending with Frida taking the place of Slater as much better than a generic ending that anyone could come up with, where even with the entire story being built up, they only leave the island safe. Everything in the movie makes sense, and I love everything about it. The similarities to the Epstein case are very evident.

It's not the worst thing I've ever seen... But it's not good. Maybe I'll like it more because I liked the book. But the movie isn't that bad, come on, give it a chance.

Oh my God... If this movie came about because Winnie the Pooh lost his copyright, I'm afraid of what will happen to other old characters...
