Memento
What a fantastic way to tell a story. I came in fully blank and was hesitant at first, but quickly enthralled.
For someone who is frequently distracted and/or on a second screen for at-home movies, I could not take my focus off Memento.
(However, now I see why Nolan made Tenet.)
Twists were great; hit me like a truck, several times.
And I don't know if I have ever reacted the way I did when the final credits rolled. Immediately jumped forward in my seat: What happened!?!?!
I hesitate to say "perfect" for a film where I don't 100% really know what I just saw... But wow. It had everything but a passing grade on the Bechdel Test and a second joke.
Imagine being Leonard's tattoo artist:
"Fact 1: White"
"John G. raped and murdered my wife"
