Apocalypse Now

THE HORROR Coppola is literally just a fucking genius; never have I ever seen someone anticipated for two entire hours and get 10% of screen time and just shit all over his role. Brando is genuinely too good. There was a point where I was genuinely laughing hysterically the first 2 minutes he came on screen because he was too overwhelming. Then there was Sheen. There was something so ominous about his character it almost made him seem like a background character. He didn’t say too much; he was precise, focused, and just observing, and it was perfect for him because that was all he had, and he almost didn’t know what to do with it. The parallel between the two was so evident. Shoutout to Duvall too; I really enjoyed his segment. He was just a polar opposite, doing it for the love of the game. Generally though, this set design is perfect, the atmosphere was fluidly chaotic, and all characters were intriguing except for that photographer; he was blowing my shit. This my shit. I knew I was going to love this, and I need more, so i have to watch redux now. Perfect Genuine Complete Crystalline Pure
