Madame Web
Madame Web is one of my favorite movies this year and all time alone. No, that was not sarcasm. As soon as they announced that a Madame Web Steel book would come out, I dropped everything I was doing and preordered it. This movie is quite literally so bad that it’s funny and entertaining. The dialogue is as bad as one can imagine, and it is notable that they re-recorded some lines and inserted them into this movie. Aside from all the negative, this movie gave me everything I wanted and more, I found myself laughing and just wanting to get more and more. My main complaint is that I wish we could’ve seen more of the Spider-Women in their suits but this is understandably an origin story. Watching this movie is like being in a trance you can’t get out of, I would love to see a Madame Web 2. I have encouraged everyone I know to watch this movie immediately and even organized two watch parties for this absolute masterpiece. HER WEB DOES CONNECT US ALL.
