I’m certainly not the target audience for this movie so take everything I say with a grain of salt.  I'm not a comedy fan whatsoever but it was kind of funny, incredibly stupid but comical some of the time. I didn’t really feel it was very clever though, as it was just a fusion of other classic American movies and a mockery of them that was so simple and obvious anyone could do it in their own head. I do like that it called out these movies on their shallowness and the harmful stereotypes they put onto their audience, but I don’t think they did much to combat them. I’m at a loss for what to say about this movie because it didn’t really have anything of substance, just noise that occasionally made me chuckle.  Plot - 4 Characters - 4 Pacing - 6 Themes - 0 Animation or Cinematography - 2 Emotional Impact - 2 Uniqueness - 0 Dialogue - 7 Overall Enjoyment - 3 Overall Quality - 3 Total Score: 31%

This movie was 95 minutes long and yet I could tell you maybe 6 things that happened and maybe 4 important-to-the-story things that happened. It goes without saying the pacing was atrocious, its painfully long shots were supposed to create suspense but really I couldn’t find it in me to care. The plot twist was nice, but could have been so much better if we knew anything more about the history of the camp or characters. I cannot believe how ridiculous these characters were, all they did was sexually harass each other and get murdered, I can’t even remember any of their names. This whole movie seemed like all it wanted to do was show teenagers in sexual situations, which is disgusting, and have some very lackluster scary moments. I cannot believe a living person above the age of 12 created this movie. I don’t really have much more to say, but honestly despite my criticism I did enjoy laughing at this movie. I was waiting for it to end the entire time and I hated it, but it was funny at the very least. Despite being very similar to Psycho’s, the theme music was very good too.
