Superman

I swear James Gunn man. Doing the holy work for DC. After the exhausting DCEU, we finally get a person that can revive the DC universe and starting with this and Peacemaker is a blessing to every DC fan out there.  Now this is such a good first movie for a superman.  We got biological parents issues and Clark having to deal with it, foster parents issues supporting him as they always do, we got Lex Luthor one of the best, if not the best superman villain, we got a Guy Gardner! Finally a different lantern appearing, we got political issues that can be addressed, resolved and discussed and finally the most important Clark’s view on humanity and morality. Saving lives, feeling love, getting hate, being after all a human being.  I get the feeling like James Gunn enjoys reading comics more than Zach Snyder, this version of superman feels safer, loved and caring of the world, and that’s exactly what Superman is all about. I feel like there’s not a lot I could’ve added to this movie. I like Henry Cavill as superman more but i also love David Corenswet performance and spirit. This is a great start for DCU also with Kara aka Supergirl having a movie this 2026. Lobo also getting added. Guy Gardner, Mr.Terrific and Pattinson as Batman is something to be celebrated. Let’s just wish that no one ruins it.
