Ready Player One

This movie is a masterpiece, genuinely. This movie had me absolutely flabbergasted on release as a kid. The introduction is a amazing and the environment is stunning, specially the incredible cgi. Is it wrong that i say that this is Steven's best work? mabye i suppose. But this movie was honestly a assembly of the new generation. Our intrests and, possibly could predict the future we're going into.. but it's a sick concept. Bunch of movie and game characters fighting in a digital world. We already have this, the "meta" crap. It shows also what a mess the world has become, bunch of people are in a poverty state as we see Wade living in a junk yard, and a special setup in a van on a literal junkyard site. And Wade's aunt boyfriend, what a douche. Favourite part of the movie? of course its The shining scene, mostly when aech got chased by a ugly granny and the blood bath she got swarmed with. I loved that scene so much. Now the soundtrack, incredible, absolutely incredible. Bunch of 80s songs smashed into one soundtrack. I love it. Ending wise, pretty darn solid. I was expecting more but of course! a cliffhanger, what happends with the egg? what happends to Wade and his fellow partners? We'll see in the next movie. Have i read the books? no. Will i? mabye. I'm aware of the ready player two book, but i am already TOO stocked for the movie sequel. I can't read those books god darn it. I'll feel spoiled because the movie will be more sicko! 10/10
