Gladiator

everybody is on maximus side: they crusifed his poor wife and child. all he wanted to do was go home. from the beginning scene with maximus rallying his troops to war against the barbaric Germans, to the end when maximus kills commodus. it is such a master craft of cinema. i would love to see a better movie made, but i don't think that will happen.
