A Complete UnknownOllie8.2· April 6, 2025FollowHOW DOES IT FEEEEEL??? Absolutely INSANE performance from Chalamet, the mannerisms, the voice, the appearance was just so spot on. MONICA BARBARO?? Came into this movie a Dylan fan, leaving NEEEEEDING to become a Baez fan. Typically, I prefer more of a plot to my movies, but frankly, I felt as if the more bare-boned plot of this movie was more fitting to serve as an exploration of Dylan in the early 60s. The rest of the cast was also stellar: Guthrie and Seeger’s characters were so very heartwarming and Cash’s performance as a stoned guardian angel was just fantastic. One major takeaway from this film: Bob Dylan is an asshole, but TBH who wouldn’t fall for the tortured musician act if you were Sylvie or Baez?CommentsSign in to react and join the conversation.Sign inGet the app
