Distant

To sum this up in one word is beautiful, Uzak otherwise known as distant is a cinematographic masterpiece the amount of different environments and scenes i really don’t have any other word that beautiful the unique architecture and design of turkey is plastered all over this movie just stunning. This film is also a really good portrayal of human behaviour, cousins, completely different personality’s. Yusuf is “distant” from the world trying desperately to get a job but to no avail on the other hand Mahmut is “distant” from his ex wife and Yusuf.   At its core the film is about distance, i noticed most the distance from women with him stalking women Talking about stalker this film includes some references to Tarkovskys work and I really enjoyed spotting that.
