The beast stomped through central Tokyo, bringing to life a sea of flames in its wake, aswell as a destroyed city reminiscent of the bombs only nine years prior. Frozen in fear, I looked into the monster’s eyes. It was just as scared as I.
THIS is Godzilla. This I what I was hoping 2014 would be, or atleast something similar. Uses the familiar concept of the Monster movie to display the suffering of conflict, war and what pain will do to people. It’s also a great, large scale creature feature, over 70 years later. Brought to life the goat, so you have to respect it 🥹
