WandaVision
I really enjoyed this. It was nice to see Marvel try something so different and imaginative for once and I'm extremely happy that we got the chance to delve deeper into Wanda's psyche. Personally I thought episode 8 was the best and most emotional one of the show. Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany were phenomeanal in this and the whole cast in general did a great job. The way Elizabeth was able to channel the energy of all those classic sitcoms with such nuance and respect was just fantastic. I thought Teyonah Parris was great as well and that they introduced Monica Rambeu really nicely into the mcu and I want to see more of her. The finale however was pretty underwhelming in my opinion and it felt like it lost its magic and uniquness due to the generic marvel formula and the need to set up upcoming projects. And the way they handled Evan Peters' iconic portrayal of Quicksilver was just disappointing. All in all though, the show was fun, I liked the direction they took with Wanda's character, I am so pumped that we finally have our own Scarlet Witch, her costume is fucking awesome and I'm very excited to see her story and character develop even more.
